In my recent trip to Antofagasta I had three areas that I wanted to work in. The
first priority was to certify a group of people to be instructors in our new 'Youth
Development Program'. The new youth program will have 4 distinct levels of
instruction with each 'course' lasting between 24 and 32 weeks each year. This
first year the instructors will only be dealing with the Level A program and I (as
national coach) will be working with the more advanced youth. I am happy to say
that I was able to certify 9 new instructors in the Level A program and added to
the already certified Maria Cristina this gives us 10 people that are interested in
working with our developing youth program!
