Each and every country should have a dedicated training center for their national
athletes to train in.  These centers are normally fairly small establishments (6 to 12
lanes) and are designed to accommodate bowlers that are very serious with their
games.  Normally the training centers have a full time coach on sight to design and
oversee the various levels of training going on.  Most centers will have CATS
(Computer Aided Tracking Systems), conference rooms, adequate seating and they
should have a walkway (fairly wide) between the lanes (lanes in sets of 4).  A top
level center would have both Brunswick and Qubica/AMF lanes so that top athletes
can better prepare for major competitions.  Some additional items that can function
well are:  3-4 dormitory type rooms for long term guests, an fitness room for
exercising and another room with showers, sauna, steam and perhaps massage
tables.  The layout below will give you some basic ideas as to what you can do with
your training center.
